As a family-owned organization, we are committed to a person-centered culture that supports both the communities we serve and the professionals who make our mission possible.We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a driven, strategic, and high-performing Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help scale our workforce across behavioral health programs.If you are energized by full-cycle recruiting, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to play a key role in building high-impact teams — we want to meet you.Why This Role Stands OutOpportunity to own and improve full-cycle recruitment processesDirect partnership with leadership and hiring managersExposure to high-volume healthcare/behavioral health recruitingAbility to contribute strategic ideas — not just administrative supportPathway to grow into a Senior Talent Acquisition roleThis is not just a scheduling role — we are looking for someone who understands recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and hiring analytics.ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning goalsDevelop and post compelling job descriptions across job boards and social platformsSource candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and professional networksConduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviewsEvaluate candidates using structured interview techniquesManage offer process and support onboarding coordinationStrategic & Operational ImpactMaintain accurate ATS data and recruiting metricsForecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by departmentImprove time-to-fill and offer acceptance ratesRepresent IABA at job fairs and community recruitment eventsBuild long-term talent pipelines for critical rolesStay current with recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and compliance standardsRequirements2+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experienceExperience in behavioral health, ABA, healthcare, education, or human services strongly preferredProven experience managing full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding)Comfortable handling high-volume hiringStrong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Workable, ADP Workforce Now, or DayforceExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineFamiliarity with basic and proficient excel skills, and data entry Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practiceHands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checksAbility to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferredBonus if you have:Experience recruiting for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) rolesExperience improving recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, conversion rates, sourcing ROI)Experience partnering directly with executive or clinical leadershipBenefitsRate: $20 - $25/hour; Non-ExemptCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans (Medical, dental, vision, 401k)Opportunities for career growth and professional developmentA collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions are valuedMedical insuranceDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offHoliday payVision insurance
