Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Pasadena, TX. As a Service Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate day-to-day service operations, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication between our clients and internal teams. You will handle incoming service requests, assign tasks to field technicians, and ensure efficient workflow while delivering outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, monitoring project progress, and resolving issues to uphold the highest standards of service. Qualifications Proficiency in Service Coordination and Operations Management to oversee service delivery and scheduling.Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for fostering collaborative relationships with clients and team members.Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs and inquiries effectively and professionally.Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.Familiarity with fire protection services or safety industries is a plus.Proficiency in using scheduling or customer relationship management software is desirable.High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
