We are looking for staff who bring a strong presence, a steady demeanor, and a heart for service.Position SummaryThe Daytime Direct Care Staff plays a crucial role in supporting our residents during high-activity afternoon and evening hours. This position maintains a safety-forward environment, provides restorative guidance, ensures smooth daily routines, and builds intentional and healthy rapport with the youth.You will be a confident leader during structured programming, meal times, recreation activities, transitions, and moments of crisis.
