Associate Attorney

Are you in love with the law, but not in love with your current position? Gorby Peters Law, an Atlanta-based law firm that represents high growth companies and entrepreneurs, is looking to add self-motivated, experienced attorneys to the firm's civil litigation practice group at its Atlanta office. Successful candidates must have an active license to practice law in Georgia, an excellent academic background, three to five years' experience in a Georgia civil litigation law firm and a demonstrated ability to take and defend depositions, prepare and file pleadings in state and federal court, and prepare and argue dispositive motions before Georgia state and federal trial courts. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Writing samples and references required.
