El Camino Health Medical Network is currently seeking a talented Scheduler to join our growing team!!Salary:$29.00-$31.00/ hourSchedule: Monday-FridayLocation: Mountain ViewEl Camino Health Medical Network is recruiting full-time Schedulers for our El Camino Health Multi-Specialty Care outpatient practices located in San Jose, CA.The Scheduler creates and schedules patient appointments in an efficient and timely manner. He/she facilitates communications throughout the medical practice.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDOne (1) year experience in a medical office or outpatient/ambulatory care organizationAt least one (1) year experience of medical terminology requiredWord processing and computer experienceExperience working with an EMRAbility to accurately type a minimum of 40 WPMStrong verbal and written communications, and active listening skillsSolid patient/guest relations skills with the ability to communicate in a professional, courteous and efficient mannerAbility to perform basic mathExcellent attention to detailAbility to effectively organize and prioritize task in order to complete assignments within the time allotted to maintain standard workflowAbility to work effectively as a team member who is flexible, cooperative and willing to assist othersEPIC EMR experience preferred
