Job Description Mold Maker – First ShiftSt CharlesA U.S.-based manufacturer is seeking a Mold Maker to assist in building and repairing injection molds alongside experienced journeymen. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tool room equipment such as saws, drill presses, vertical mills, lathes, and surface grinders.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay Rate: $36-$40Key Responsibilities:Build parts or assemblies from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructionsOperate hand and machine shop tools with precisionCollaborate with designers and planning engineers to execute design intentConstruct die sections and prototype moldsDocument tooling workPerform additional tasks as directed by supervisorQualifications:5+ years of mold making experience preferredAbility to read blueprints (required)Machine shop experience (required)Strong attention to detail and basic math skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsGood vision acuity requiredYou should be proficient in:Injection Molding Experience
