Warehouse AssociateBoerne, TX | $14/hour | Full-TimeMonday-Friday 8AM-5PM Job Overview:PrideStaff is hiring Warehouse Associates in Boerne, TX to support a fast-paced operation focused on the recycling and redistribution of wireless devices. This is a climate-controlled facility with a team-oriented environment and an opportunity to learn different areas of warehouse operations, including reverse logistics and device processing. Available Departments May Include:Sorting: Receiving, unboxing, scanning, and preparing products for processing Data Clear: Resetting, sanitizing, and testing devices for full functionality LCD QC: Testing and grading screens for quality and performance Cosmetic QC: Inspecting, cleaning, and preparing devices for final distribution Inventory: Stocking, tracking inventory, pulling orders, and resolving discrepancies Key Responsibilities:Receive, scan, and process products using inventory systems Test, troubleshoot, and inspect devices for quality and functionality Accurately log results and maintain records Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized workspace Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience with pallet jacks is a plus Cell phone repair or electronics experience is a plus Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel preferred) Must be able to read, write, and speak English Skills & Qualifications:Strong attention to detail Reliable and team-oriented Good communication and organizational skills Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Ability to use tools and warehouse equipment as needed Schedule:Full-time Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed Work Environment:Warehouse setting with a climate-controlled facility.
