Leveraging advanced technologies - including Allen-Bradley PLCs, Ignition SCADA, and Delta DDC systems - we combine deep technical expertise with field-tested execution to deliver precise, scalable, and high-performance solutions.About The RoleThe IT Manager manages Divcon's day-to-day IT operations and supports the execution of IT systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and system integrations under the direction of the SVP of Technology. This role is both operational and hands-on, responsible for stabilizing and improving IT support, systems reliability, and technology processes as the business grows.The IT Manager will coordinate internal IT operations and support infrastructure used for customer solutions, helping ensure reliability, security, scalability, and effective cross-functional support.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall IT ManagementManage day-to-day IT operations and support execution of the IT roadmap established with the SVP of TechnologyImplement and maintain IT standards, policies, and operational best practicesServe as a hands-on escalation point for IT, infrastructure, and security mattersSystems & IntegrationSupport ERP onboarding and ongoing optimizationManage integrations between ERP, internal applications, and third-party systems in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendorsMonitor and support data flows into downstream platforms, including data warehouse environmentsHelp ensure system interoperability, data integrity, and scalabilityCloud & Infrastructure (AWS)Manage assigned AWS infrastructure activities in alignment with Divcon's technology strategyDeploy, maintain, and support cloud environments used for internal and customer-facing workloadsMonitor cost control, security, operational resilience, and day-to-day performance within AWSCustomer Network & Solution DesignSupport and review customer network designs as they relate to Divcon-delivered solutionsHelp ensure secure, scalable, and supportable architectures for customer environmentsCollaborate with engineering and operations teams on deployment standards and technical support needsSecurity & Risk ManagementManage day-to-day cybersecurity practices across corporate and cloud environments in alignment with company standardsMaintain access control, monitoring, and incident response practicesCoordinate security tooling and vendor relationshipsLeadership & Vendor ManagementManage internal IT staff and external partners as assignedSupport IT budget tracking, vendor contracts, licensing, and renewalsDrive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and platformsQualifications5-8+ years of IT experience with demonstrated responsibility managing systems, infrastructure, support operations, projects, or technical staffStrong background in enterprise IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and hands-on technical supportExperience supporting ERP implementations and third-party system integrationsWorking knowledge of AWS architecture and networking conceptsAbility to balance strategic direction with hands-on executionPhysical RequirementsSit and/or stand for extended periods (typically 6-8 hours per day) while performing computer-based tasks and facility support tasks.Use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, mice, telephones, scanners and printers.Occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, or reach to access filing cabinets, retrieve documents, or attend meetings.Lift, carry, push, or pull light objects and materials weighing up to 20-25 pounds (e.g., boxes of files or office supplies).Have sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read computer screens, printed documents, and small print; and sufficient hearing to communicate effectively by phone and in person.Work in a typical indoor office environment with moderate noise levels from office equipment, conversations, and occasional interruptions
