We’re looking for a Program Manager Non Tech 5 to join a leading client in Boydton, VA (Hybrid) Onsite .Position- Program Manager Non-Tech 5Location- Boydton, VA (Hybrid)1. Utility experience2. Project management for substation and transmission line projects3. Reading and understanding blueprints Unable to align to required core hours needed to support the teams day-to-day operationsDuties and ResponsibilitiesExperience supporting project or program management workstreams within cross functional teamsFamiliarity with construction projects or construction processes, particularly the ability to engage in discussions with construction partners (experience coordinating with construction teams is helpful; role is not construction heavy)Experience working with or supporting data center-related teams (e.g., coordination, delivery, or operational support)Ability to work Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT) core hours with minimal time zone impactStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills in a fully remote working environmentMust have utility experienceExperience coordinating with construction teams is preferredCandidate should have general familiarity with construction projects or processes to support effective discussions and stakeholder alignmentCompany to identify Project Manager for the project at the out set; will notify of changes.- Project Manager identified above to serve as Single Point of Contact for Utility Service Provider responsible for all utility scopine. transmission, distribution, and substation as identified in the agreement(s).-Facilitate regular design & site progress meetings at least once per week with Energy Team, DCD, DCE and AHJ.Project Manager to facilitate (can be by teleconference).📍 Location: Boydton, VA (Hybrid)💵 Pay Range: $80 - $90/ hrIf you have an interest in Program Manager the A Planner position, please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
