Customer Service Representative/Order Processor
Lincare, a leading national respiratory company seeks friendly, attentive Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate must be skilled in oral and written communication and have problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in updating insurance information, submitting claims, presenting treatment plans, making financial arrangements, posting insurance payments, schedule appointments and answering phones in a busy environment while maintaining patient files via EMR, processing doctors' orders, managing computer data and filing.
Providing warm customer interactions is a must .
