HealthTech | Hybrid (MA) | $135–150k + 10% Bonus + EquityHarnham is partnered with a profitable, high-growth HealthTech organisation hiring their first BI / Data Analyst to build and own their reporting and analytics capability from the ground up.Backed by a 30+ year care-management business supporting 5,000+ families nationwide, the company is now investing in proprietary software and AI-enabled insights, with plans for future SaaS expansion. This is an early hire with equity and direct exposure to the CTO.THE ROLEReporting to the CTO, you will take ownership of building scalable reporting and dashboards that drive operational and clinical decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Build reporting and dashboards from scratch for clinicians and leadershipDevelop and maintain SQL-based datasets across operational and clinical systemsIntegrate data from GA, HubSpot, legacy platforms, and referral sourcesCreate clear, actionable insights from messy, real-world dataSupport reporting transformation (Tableau currently; potential Looker migration)Partner cross-functionally with engineers, clinicians, and executivesContribute to early AI-enabled analytics initiativesThis is a hands-on BI-focused role with strong visibility and ownership.YOUR PROFILERequired:5–8+ years' experience in BI / AnalyticsExperience building reports and dashboards end-to-endComfortable working with unstructured or inconsistent datasetsExperience in a lean or fast-paced environmentNice to have:Healthcare or AI/ML exposureJ-18808-Ljbffr
