Job DescriptionA fast-growing and esteemed Developer in the area is looking for a Preconstruction Manager. This Developer has a backlog of diverse commercial projects valued up to $50M, local to the area, that stretch over the next two years. The Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team!Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities:Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projectsAssist in schedule developmentAdvise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and scheduleDevelop conceptual estimates utilizing market dataDetermine quantities of materials during early stages of the designDevelop scopes of work for all project related tradesPreconstruction Manager Qualifications:B.S. in Construction Management or a Related Degree is Strongly Preferred, but Extensive Work-Related Experience will be considered10+ Years Project Management and Estimating experience in Commercial ConstructionExcellent Interpersonal and Communication SkillsDemonstrated leadership experienceProficiency in the Development of Commercial Construction ProjectsIf you are interested in this position apply online or submit your resume and project list to Julie.lee@gogpac.com.
