The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical diagnostics and repair, a great work ethic, and the drive to maximize their earning potential through our competitive hybrid pay structure.What We Offer Competitive Hybrid Pay: A stable base hourly wage ranging from $28 to $40 per hour (based on experience) combined with a flat-rate incentive structure that rewards your efficiency and production.A steady flow of diverse inventory and customer vehicles to keep you turning wrenches.A professional, independent shop culture without the corporate dealership bureaucracy.Modern diagnostic equipment and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of domestic and import makes and models (brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, engine performance, etc.).Clearly document findings and repair recommendations for the service team.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest safety standards.Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician (B-Level competency required). Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools and diagnostic equipment appropriate for a B-level role. Skills: Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair capabilities across various vehicle types. Certifications: ASE certifications are a strong plus, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued. License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
