If you're a productive technician who takes pride in quality work, this is an opportunity to step into consistent work and top-tier earning potential. Compensation Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $140,000+ Flat rate / flag hour pay structure No cap on earnings — top performers earn more High production environment with consistent workflow Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Why This Role Stands Out High-volume shop = steady, consistent work Top technician earned $138K last year Modern equipment and well-equipped facility Strong leadership and team-oriented environment Long-term stability with a reputable dealership group What You'll Do Perform collision repair on vehicle body panels and structures Complete dent repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs Prep, prime, and refinish vehicles to OEM standards Operate frame machines, welding tools, and paint equipment Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Collaborate with estimators and team members to hit production goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of auto body / collision repair experience preferred Strong knowledge of body repair, refinishing, and paint prep Frame and structural repair experience is a plus ASE or I-CAR certifications preferred (not required) High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Self-motivated with strong production mindset Valid driver's license required Must have own tools About Sheboygan Auto Group We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term success through our people.
