As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services to support our production, development, and global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management, to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.THE WORK Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the procurement of materials and services that meet our business needs. Contract Management: Negotiate, administer, and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of materials and services. Procurement Operations: Manage the procurement process, including requisitioning, purchasing, and inventory management. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management, to ensure alignment and support of business objectives.
