Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial projects within the gate, access control, overhead door, and facility services industry. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with operations, sales, field technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing fast-paced service and construction-related projects from kickoff through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of commercial projects from award through closeoutCoordinate scheduling, labor allocation, materials, subcontractors, and project timelinesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teamsTrack project budgets, job costing, change orders, and overall profitabilityMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting timelines or customer satisfactionCollaborate with sales, dispatch, and field operations teams to ensure smooth project executionConduct project kickoff meetings and maintain regular status updates with stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and customer requirementsReview contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and specificationsSupport process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer experienceMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication recordsQualifications3+ years of project management experience in construction, service, security systems, gates, overhead doors, HVAC, electrical, or related industriesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple active projectsExperience coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, and vendorsStrong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project trackingExcellent communication and customer relationship skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and ERP/CRM systemsAbility to read project plans, scopes, and technical documents preferredValid driver's license and clean driving record preferredPreferred ExperienceCommercial gate, overhead door, access control, or low-voltage industry experienceExperience in service-based or construction-related operationsFamiliarity with scheduling software, project tracking systems, and job costingOSHA certification or safety training experience is a plus
