Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)Location: Kansas City, MO (100% Onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)Role OverviewThe Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will lead the delivery and management of critical IT infrastructure services within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This role ensures high availability, security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across enterprise infrastructure systems supporting banking operations and customer-facing platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services including:Data centersNetworksCloud platforms (AWS/Azure)End-user computingCommand center operationsSecurity systemsEnsure adherence to ITIL processes and BFSI regulatory requirementsMonitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesMaintain high availability and resilience for mission-critical banking systemsManage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance for outsourced servicesLead key infrastructure initiatives such as:Core system upgradesServiceNow implementationsDesktop modernizationDisaster recovery (DR) planning and executionCloud migration programsDrive change management processes to minimize risk and service disruptionPrepare and present:Service performance reportsRisk & compliance dashboardsExecutive-level updatesRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3+ years in Service Delivery Management (BFSI domain preferred)Strong expertise in:NetworkingCloud platforms (AWS / Azure)VirtualizationStorage systemsDeep understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practicesKnowledge of BFSI compliance and security standards (e.g., RBI guidelines, SOC 2)Experience with Agile methodologiesStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
