With 3 new restaurants opening, as well our already exsisting restaurants Bardea Steak and Food and Drink, this is an amzing oppurtunity to join the premier restuarnt group in Delaware! As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this role. **Duties** - Greet and welcome guests, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences - Take orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled - Manage tables effectively, balancing multiple orders and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless service - Ensure that all food and beverage orders are served promptly and according to our high standards - Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to our kitchen and dining area cleaning protocols - Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including ingredients and preparation methods - Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, adhering to all health and safety regulations - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that orders are prepared efficiently and that all guests receive their meals in a timely manner - Utilize basic math skills to manage cash and credit transactions accurately **Qualifications** - Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices - Basic math skills - Ability to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality - Familiarity with restaurant operations, including kitchen and dining areas - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time As a Server at our restaurant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our team.
