Sales Training & Development Coordinator

Job Description Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Training Coordinator to support and develop our Brand Ambassador (lead generation) team. This role combines structured training with in-field coaching to ensure new hires are set up for success and continuously improving performance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full onboarding process, including scheduling, materials, and timely completion of all tasksFacilitate engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires and existing team membersTrain and evaluate performance in the fieldDevelop and deliver training programs that improve performance and close skill gapsPartner with leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business goalsTrack and maintain training records to ensure complianceMonitor key metrics such as onboarding timelines, retention, and training effectivenessRequirements (Must-Haves)High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or employee developmentStrong public speaking and presentation skillsComfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessionsProficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systemsWhat Makes You a Strong FitAbility to manage multiple training groups and stay highly organizedComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProfessionalism and discretion with sensitive employee informationPassion for coaching, employee growth, and team developmentSchedule & ExpectationsWednesday–Sunday scheduleTravel within the market requiredLead onboarding sessions and serve as a primary contact for new hiresConduct in-field coaching and evaluationsCompensation & Benefits$21–$25/hour + monthly performance bonusFull benefits package + 401(k) matchPTO, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursementIf you're a motivated trainer who enjoys working side-by-side with teams and driving real results, we'd love to connect. #LI-CC1
