Chemistry Tutor (Ogden Learning Center)
Tutor WSU students in Chemistry at the Ogden Learning Center as part of the Learning Support department. Tutoring is done on an individual appointment and/or drop-in basis. Availability for appointments is determined by the tutor. We require and provide training in tutoring techniques.This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.Required QualificationsMust be a WSU student.Must have earned a B or better in the courses you propose to tutor.A strong working knowledge of the subject matter you will be tutoring.Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPAPreferred Qualifications* Ability to tutor many different courses.Background Check?
