We are looking for high-energy individuals who hold themselves to high standards and are ready to be the smiling face of our brand.The Role As a Team Member, you are the first point of contact for our customers; you are managing the customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the wash process, maintaining a spotless facility, and earning commissions by selling our Unlimited Wash Club memberships.What You Will Do:Sales & Service: actively sell memberships and wash upgrades (Uncapped commission potential!).Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a smile and a professional attitude. Consult with them to recommend the best wash packages for their vehicle.Operational Safety: Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel using clear hand signals and strict safety protocols.Site Excellence: Maintain "pride of ownership" over the facility. This includes keeping the lot, tunnel, and vacuum areas spotless and free of debris.Teamwork: Work closely with the manager and other crew members to keep the line moving efficiently during rush hours.What We Expect:Reliability: We run a tight ship. Punctuality and a professional appearance (uniforms provided) are non-negotiable.Physical Stamina: This is an active job!
