Clark Personnel is hiring a Junior Cost Engineer Support Specialist to support a large-scale manufacturing operation in Calvert, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in cost analysis, plant operations, and financial planning within a high-impact industrial environment. You’ll work directly with operations and finance teams to understand how decisions on the plant floor translate into real financial outcomes.Job DescriptionAnalyze production and operational costs to identify trends and variances. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Prepare cost reports and performance summaries for leadership. Assist in developing cost estimates for manufacturing processes and projects. Partner with operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Contribute to capital expenditure planning and business cases. Perform ad hoc financial and data analysis for plant leadership. Position Requirements1–2 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
