The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and maintaining high-performance, low-latency distributed applications using Java technologies, Kafka, Microservices, and containerized environments.The role involves working on mission-critical applications supporting pricing information, bookkeeping platforms, trading data processing, and enterprise data repositories. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling real-time data and large-scale distributed systems.Required SkillsStrong experience with Java and J2EE TechnologiesHands-on experience with Spring BootExperience developing Microservices ArchitectureStrong experience with Apache KafkaExperience working with Distributed DatabasesExperience with MongoDBContainerization experience (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)Experience with KubernetesRESTful API development and integrationExperience building real-time, low-latency applicationsStrong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectureResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications.Build and support microservices using Spring Boot.Develop and maintain Kafka-based event-driven solutions.Work with distributed databases and large-scale data repositories.Develop REST APIs and backend services for high-volume transactional systems.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and low-latency processing.Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments.Collaborate with business and technology teams supporting global tax, wealth management, and trading platforms.Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Trading, Tax, or Banking domains.Exposure to cloud-native architectures.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of real-time market or pricing data systems.
