Proficiency in enterprise security architecture, standards development, and systems design. Experience with auditing protocols and remediating non-compliance within information systems. Experience in migrating non-standard infrastructures to secure, compliant environments. Experience with evaluating and implementing enterprise-level security applications and tools. Experience in strategic technical direction and solution modeling within an Enterprise Architecture framework. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ResponsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of enterprise IT security standards and architectural designs. Collaborate with executive leadership to implement auditing processes and address security non-compliance. Direct the planning and execution of security administration for all organizational technology projects. Facilitate the transition of non-compliant system environments into secured, standardized states. Evaluate and select specialized security software to enhance organizational defense measures. Conduct industry research to ensure internal protocols align with modern security norms. Provide technical guidance and solution analysis to support the Enterprise Architecture team.
