We pressure-test these ideas both inside and outside CHANEL, enabling the House to create positive impact from leading-edge learnings and capabilities and to prepare its businesses for the future.The Manager, Integrated Marketing & Innovation brings Open Innovation initiatives to market through integrated go-to-market strategies, compelling storytelling, and coordinated campaign execution. Partnering closely with the Open Innovation team and cross-functional stakeholders, this role leads launch planning, oversees marketing asset development, and drives engagement across the lifecycle of innovation initiatives.WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANELGo-to-Market (GTM) ExecutionCreate, manage, and continuously optimize a holistic marketing calendar for Open Innovation initiatives, ensuring all launches and campaigns are strategically planned and executedOwn post-launch momentum: ideate and execute strategies to drive engagement and traffic throughout the cycle, then lead preparation for the next round of launchesGTM plans are aligned with business objectives, integrating feedback and learnings from prior cyclesIntegrated Marketing Strategy & InnovationHelp develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all channels: earned, social, paid, and ownedPilot and experiment with new and emerging marketing platforms or formats (e.g., Generative Engine Optimization)Asset Creation & ProductionLead the end-to-end process for creating marketing assets: draft and review copy, brief and collaborate with designers, manage printers and digital vendors, and coordinate distribution for both physical and digital materialsLead the production of training materials and toolkits to enable seamless rollout of new concepts.Foster a "test and learn" culture with assets by piloting new asset formats, messaging, and physical/digital hybrids to drive engagement and learningVendor & Project ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for external marketing partnersDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all responsible initiativesManage logistics, vendors, and cross-functional coordination to bring experiences to lifeEvaluate ongoing agency scope-identify opportunities to bring more capabilities in-house to increase agility and speedAnalytics, Reporting & Continuous OptimizationOwn analytics and reporting for all marketing activitiesPartner with data teams to define KPIs, measure performance, and extract actionable insights from every experiment launchSynthesize quantitative and qualitative results into clear recommendations, sharing learnings and best practices across the Open Innovation teamYOU ARE ENERGIZED BYTranslating new ideas, inform future initiativesWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAMProven ability to translate strategy into execution, setting clear priorities and delivering initiatives that achieve measurable impactDemonstrated experience working with real clients or consumer-facing environments, with a strong understanding of how luxury clients think, feel, and behave, and how that translates into marketing that resonatesStrong integrated marketing experience, with the ability to translate strategy into well-executed campaigns across earned, owned, paid, and social channelsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detailExperience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to deliver complex initiatives from concept through executionAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify insights, and translate findings into clear recommendationsStrong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear narratives and presentationsCuriosity and enthusiasm for innovation, emerging technologies, and new marketing formats, with a willingness to experiment and learnEntrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability, thriving in environments where ambiguity and iteration are part of the processAbility to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization while building strong working relationships across teamsPOSITION LOGISTICSWork Experience: 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or innovation-focused marketing roles, ideally within fast-moving or experimentation-driven environmentsExperience in retail innovation or luxury retail environments is a plus, particularly familiarity with how physical and digital retail intersect and how innovation initiatives translate to physical, client-facing spacesBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience welcomedHybrid role based in NYC office and requires regular in-person presenceCOMPENSATIONThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000 Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
