We look to hire diverse talent and ensure that we treat you with respect and support throughout the interview process and if you join Steel Energy, we embrace diversity and strive to create conditions that provide everyone with an equal opportunity to thrive and be included in all workplace opportunities.Flowback supervisor Responsibilities:Ability to manage a Frac Flowback well without supervision.Ability to supervise up to 4 crew members.Ability to perform effective and timely shift changes.Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift need.Mentor and train personnelReview and document employee performanceSupport supervisor / cross shiftFollow company policies and procedures.Rigging in and rigging outExpert knowledge of Frac Flowback principlesExpert knowledge of separation processResponsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance ensuring units are in safe and proper working condition.Expert ability and knowledge of operating pressure tank equipment jobsExpert ability and knowledge of operating wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)Supervise multi equipment jobs.Supervise multi services jobs.Proper management of onsite fluidsStrong technical and mechanical abilitiesOperate company vehicles and equipment.Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and EnvironmentCreate a proactive safety and service quality environment.Ensure that all Health, Safety, and the Environment training courses are up to date.Responsible for personal safetyResponsible for Identifying and reporting safety issues, perform follow up as necessary.Responsible for Incident ManagementProper completion of safety paperwork dailyContribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager.Working knowledge of FIRE softwareEstablish and maintain communication with clients.Communicate consistently and effectively with Frac Flowback Supervisors, Superintendent and ManagerFinancial accountability for each shift, including equipment.Responsible for the daily reporting of costsOther duties may be assigned to meet business needs.Requirements:Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.Ability to work unsupervised.More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.Excellent leadership abilityExcellent time management skillsAbove average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software.Excellent verbal and written communicationExcellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customersAble to analyze and resolve problems.Organized and detail oriented.Self-StarterAbility to consistently perform in a professional manner.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline.Consistently practice safe drivingAble to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions.Heavy lifting (50 Lbs. overhead)The DOT Authority for this position is:Black Hawk Energy Services/Sun Well Services118 84th Street W
