Base pay range$120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yrOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer who will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines for a data warehouse solution in an Azure environment. The role involves working as part of a DevOps team to set up and support application deployment in Azure cloud with strict government security and compliance requirements.DutiesSetup and configure Azure cloud infrastructure for data warehouse solutionImplement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsConfigure Azure data services (Synapse, Data Lake, Storage)Implement Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep)Setup automated build and deployment processesConfigure network security, firewalls, and VPNs per NYC requirementsImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutionsSetup Azure Key Vault for secrets managementConfigure Azure Active Directory integration and MFAEnsure compliance with NYC security policies and standardsImplement backup and disaster recovery solutionsEstablish Express Route connection if requiredMandatory Qualifications5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and DevOpsStrong Azure expertise (Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect certification preferred)Experience with large-scale data warehouse cloud deploymentsStrong automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, Bash)Infrastructure as Code expertise (ARM Templates, Terraform, Bicep)Azure DevOps proficiency (Repos, Pipelines, Boards)Git and TFS version controlAzure data services experience (Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory)Security implementation (Azure Security Center, Azure Policy)Desirable QualificationsGovernment project experience, preferably NYCExperience with NYC security compliance requirementsDocker and Kubernetes knowledgeExperience with ExpressRoute setupAppScan/Veracode integration experienceDisaster recovery planning experienceCloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
