Junior Manufacturing Manager

Day to Day Responsibilities:Track and manage incoming and outgoing materials used in the manufacturing of space systems hardware.Own and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring alignment with engineering designs, revisions, and configuration changes.Collaborate closely with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams to understand part requirements, specifications, and technical dependencies.Ensure accurate part number control, revision management, and material traceability throughout the product lifecycle.Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and program management to support build schedules and program milestones.Monitor material flow to identify risks, shortages, or discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.Support engineering change orders (ECOs) by assessing material impacts and coordinating updates to BOMs and logistics plans.Maintain compliance with quality, configuration management, and aerospace standards.Prepare and deliver material status reports, metrics, and documentation for internal stakeholders.Support audits, reviews, and program readiness activities related to materials and configuration.Compensation:$35-40/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
