Overview
In this Lead Software Engineer role, you will drive onboarding automation and enhance our observability-driven platform within the SRE Onboarding and automation team. You’ll use automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve onboarding, issue detection, and outage prevention, while enabling faster, smarter incident resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor dashboards and monitors and explore new technologies to tackle business challenges. ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end onboarding automation and design scalable automation solutionsEnhance and maintain the SRE Intake platform for usability, performance, and extensibilityDevelop intelligent solutions for client support, onboarding management, troubleshooting, and outage preventionShape how teams interact with the observability platform through automation to reduce operational overheadExplore new technologies (LLMs, agents, Azure features) to address business challengesBecome an Observability expert to enable early issue detection and resolutionCollaborate with client teams to build customized dashboards and monitors
