This role is essential in ensuring our employees are trained, certified, and equipped to work safely and effectively in a dynamic mining environment.If you enjoy coordinating programs, working with people across all levels, and keeping complex systems organized, this could be a great fit.What You'll DoCoordinate and schedule employee training, including safety, regulatory, and job-specific programsTrack training completion, certifications, and expiration dates to ensure complianceMaintain accurate training records and documentationPartner with supervisors and Health & Safety teams to identify training needsSupport workforce development programs, including apprenticeships and technical training pathwaysCollaborate with external partners such as training providers, schools, and workforce agenciesPrepare training materials, reports, and documentationAssist with audits and compliance reviews by providing training recordsHelp improve and develop training programs across the siteWhat You BringRequired:4+ years of experience coordinating training programsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesPreferred:Experience with apprenticeship or workforce development programsBackground in mining, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsFamiliarity with training management systems or HRISWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily office-based with regular interaction in operational areas, including laboratory and processing environments.
