ShiftDays Location2450 North Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744 The community you'll be caring for:AdventHealth Kissimmee is a 242-bed community-focused hospital Conveniently located near Walt Disney World The team is dedicated to bringing mission-focused, faith-based care to residents and visitors of Osceola and Orange Counties AdventHealth Kissimmee has recently expanded our existing tower by 3-floors and 80-beds, including new ancillary spaces such as Inpatient Rehab, Inpatient Dialysis, Laboratory, and Imaging services. The role you'll contribute:Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing systems and medical gas systems. Tests fire systems valves, tamper switches, fire pumps and dry deluge fire systems. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility. The value you'll bring to the team:Installs, maintains and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters and plumbing fixtures Repairs and maintains steam stations, valves, heating and condensate return stations, and sewer and storm drains Maintains the piping and supply of cylinder and bulk medical gas systems Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
