Genesys Pure Cloud Developer Location: Louisville, KY (Permanent remote) Responsibilities: - Ensure necessary technical help, develop and support for Genesys Pure cloud implementation. - Expected to liaise with Business users, call center groups for Pure cloud implementation and support. - Participate in business stake holder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff. - Coordinate activities with other technical and functional areas as required - Develop new and/or enhance existing application or system code as assigned or provided in technical specifications - Perform the day-to-day functions such as running of existing programs, applications, jobs, reviewing logs for errors, writing or editing software and -code, performing testing activities, and updating documentation - Support other team members, removing technical road blocks, and suggest new technical solutions Must Haves: - 4-8 years of experience. - Genesys Cloud Development experience in IVR and routing - Integration with external Services - Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Experience: Genesys Pure cloud: 7 years (Preferred) IVR: 6 years (Preferred) CALL CENTER: 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
