State Licensed Senior Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel, US Remote. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal guidance to executive leadership and the Board of Directors Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial contracting and collaborate with Sales leadership to enhance deal processes Serve as the HIPAA Compliance Officer and GDPR Data Protection Officer, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state 10-15+ years of legal experience, preferably in SaaS, software, or healthcare technology Expertise in HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare compliance regulations Strong command of employment law fundamentals and experience with sensitive employee relations matters Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools quickly
