Product Coordinator (New York)
WGACA is looking for a motivated and dynamic Live Selling Product Coordinator to join our fast-growing Live Selling team. The Live Shopping Product Coordinator will work closely with the Web, Retail, Pricing, and Operations teams to curate and coordinate product selections for our live shows, streamed across all major social platforms. This role requires strong problem-solving, analytical data, and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Product List ManagementCurate and develop the product assortment for each live show (focusing mainly on IG, Tiktok, and Amazon) ensuring alignment with internal goals, market trends, and customer preferencesCreate and upload a specific product list for each show to each social platform we live stream to (IG, Tiktok, Amazon), ensuring accuracy and completeness of informationCreate detailed product briefs, including features, benefits, and selling points for hosts and presentersCreate checkout links for specific products, as neededInventory CoordinationReserve SKUs in ATS inventory for upcoming shows, which includes physically gathering inventory and electronically transferring it between WGACA locationsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Operations team to manage stock availability and updatesWork closely with the Ops team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping of ordersCommunicate order numbers & tracking numbers to customers, based on inquiriesData AnalysisAnalyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback for each show to identify trends and areas for improvementProficiency in Google Analytics, Tiktok Seller Center, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and FrenzyCollaborationCollaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to select thematic product groupings for monthly edits and emails. This includes physically tagging and gathering the product selectionsCollaborate with the Social Media Coordinator for all product-related marketing needsCustomer ExperienceMaintain a keen understanding of pre-owned luxury market trends and customer preferences to enhance product offerings.Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to products and online transactionsModerate select live shows as needed to better understand the client needs and product requests and feedback.Competitive Analysis & TrendsAnalyze trends and competitive live shows and report findings to the team each weekDevelop Live Shopping themes and ideas for scalingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product coordination, or a related role, preferably in the luxury sectorStrong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategiesProficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with luxury branding and customer service standards
