Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Newark, DE

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to support middle school students with diverse communication needs. This contract role begins approximately March 30, 2026, and extends through the end of the school year on June 16, 2026, with the option for summer work from July 7 to August 6, 2026. The schedule includes three days per week, with 4 to 5 hours of work each day, providing a balanced part-time workload focused on making a meaningful impact on students' communication development.Key responsibilities include:Delivering tailored speech-language therapy services to middle school students.Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) highly encouraged to apply.Possession of or ability to obtain a state license for practice.Experience or interest in working within a school setting with pediatric populations.Location: Newark, Delaware - a vibrant community offering a supportive educational environment.Benefits:Weekly W2 pay.Options for health and life insurance plans.Reimbursement opportunities for continuing education units (CEUs).401(k) plan participation with company matching.Guaranteed hours to ensure consistent scheduling.
