In this role, you'll run modern CNC milling equipment to produce tight?tolerance components used in life?saving medical devicesall in a clean, professional, high?tech environment.This is a great opportunity for experienced CNC Mill Operators, CNC Machinists, or trade?school graduates who want to work on challenging parts, expand their skills, and grow with a company investing heavily in advanced machining.What You'll DoOperate CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal), including Kitamura, Haas, and similar equipmentSupport small- to medium?volume production and prototype buildsMake machine edits, tool changes, and offsets to keep jobs running efficientlySet up tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies to produce consistent, high?quality partsRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsPerform in?process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerance and quality standardsUse precision measuring tools and shop math to verify dimensionsDocument machining or tooling issues and communicate with leadership for continuous improvementMaintain a clean, organized, and safety?focused work area aligned with medical manufacturing standardsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of CNC machining or operation experience OR a recent school degree in machining/CNCHands?on experience with CNC mills (vertical and/or horizontal)Ability to perform tool changes and basic machine editsComfortable reading blueprints and working to tight tolerancesExperience with Haas, Kitamura, or similar CNC milling platformsStrong attention to detail, quality, and documentationComfortable working on both prototype and production jobsNice to Have (Not Required)Experience in medical device, aerospace, or other regulated industriesExperience optimizing tooling, feeds/speeds, and fixturingExposure to GD&T and tight?tolerance inspectionInterest in advancing toward setup, programming, or lead rolesWhy You'll Want to Work HereQuarterly profit sharing15% shift differential401(k) with 4% company match60% employer?paid medical insurancePTO + paid holidaysMonthly company contribution toward: Dental & visionAccident & critical illnessShort?term disabilityLife insuranceClear advancement paths in advanced machining and manufacturing leadershipA company that invests in new equipment, expanded production space, and employee growthWork EnvironmentYou'll work in a clean, modern, medical?grade manufacturing facility with a large amount of new CNC equipment and expanded floor space. Updated break areas and conference spaces support a professional, team?focused culture where quality and efficiency come first.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lino Lakes, MN.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
