The Company:David creates tools to help people build muscle and lose fat. Our first products are protein bars, and we’re building a platform for high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout CPG brand at a pivotal stage of growth and work directly with the CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR.The Role:The Entrepreneur in Residence supports high-priority initiatives and incubates new projects, explores new opportunities, and plants the seeds for the next generation of brands, products, and innovations at Medici.We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial generalist who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings a sense of ownership. What You’ll Do: Work directly with the CEO on special projects, including exploring new products and marketsRun experiments, test products, and assess viability quicklyTake ownership of projects from concept to launch, working across product, supply chain, and go-to-marketScale validated concepts into a potential new brand or business lineWhat you’ll bring:Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosityProven ability to lead projects independently Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between high-level thinking and hands-on workSelf-starting attitude with a love for executing on ideas and moving quicklyLow ego, high self-awareness, and eagerness to learnThinking from first principles and focuses on what worksDesire to help build an early-stage CPG companyPracticalities & Benefits:This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week — when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
