What you will do as an Inventory Control AssociatePerform all receiving transactions and inventory movements in Sage and other inventory systems. Conduct cycle counts, physical counts, and prepare detailed inventory balance reports. Research and reconcile discrepancies to maintain flawless inventory accuracy. Compile and maintain up-to-date inventory records for all materials. Ensure material requisitions are completed before product leaves inventory. Distribute daily shortage reports and assist with stock level monitoring. Provide excellent service and coordination with other departments to keep operations on track. Skills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required. 12 years of related inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience. Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and production systems knowledge preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with great organizational and time management skills. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and regularly move between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
