Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces in the hotel - Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds - Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials - Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with guests professionally - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time - Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning products is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
