Commercial Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
Assist with set-up, initialization, creation, and support of all new and current Business and Commercial Accounts. Responsible for process adherence and improvement, call escalations, scheduling adherence, quality of service and contributing to a fun, upbeat culture.
Essential Functions:

· Answer incoming sales calls and route as necessary (to commercial account managers or other departments). This is the primary function of the position.
· Respond to customer emails (business or commercial customers and prospective leads).
· Respond to emails from account managers, assisting in administrative duties for various accounts.
· Respond to tickets assigned by other departments and account managers.
· Confirm all appointments with business and commercial customers.
· Send daily emails to commercial account managers in regard to appointments on their various accounts (installs, service calls, and disconnects).
· Call prospective customers from assigned tickets or emails to discuss business and commercial solutions.
· Update Business Sales spreadsheet for monthly commission check.
· Communicate with other departments to get high end installations and service calls completed (Infrastructure, Dispatch, & Field Supervisors mainly)
· Schedule basic business/commercial jobs on the dispatch scheduler.
· Meet a monthly quota of $5,000 signed revenue for business/commercial accounts.
Skills:
· Working knowledge with all Microsoft Office applications
· Able to type, talk, and analyze the needs while imputing information into systems
· Highly organized and great memory
· Ability to use initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and forecast needs
· Must be trainable on how to handle all business and commercial customers
· Must display excellent customer service skills and be able to articulate what quality customer service means
· Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and adapts easily to change
· Ability to work in a team environment and collaborative in style
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
· Professionalism and ability to work with other department managers and supervisors
Education and Experience
· Previous experience in a B2B environment or position
· Previous experience in a similar role where coordination of accounts or projects was the focus
· Preferred experience with Billmax ticket creation and billing invoice modifications.

Physical Demands:
· Stationary position for 8-10 hours a day
· Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
· Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.
· To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting, standing, operating computers and other office equipment and moving about the office. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone.
Working Hours/Days:
· Full-time
· Requiring approximately 40 hours per week
· Ability to work after hours, if necessary.
· Flexible schedule with the ability to respond to inquiries after hours.
