Greet every customer warmly — in person, on the phone, or by email — and make them feel valued from the start.Listen with care. Understand customer concerns and clearly communicate solutions in everyday language — not jargon.Set expectations clearly. Explain what needs to be done, how long it will take, and what it will cost, always keeping customers informed along the way.Stay connected. Provide updates throughout the service process, and follow up afterward to ensure complete satisfaction.Resolve issues with empathy.
