We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Material Handlers to join our team in Plainfield, IN for a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role involves unloading and loading trucks, palletizing products, and performing repetitive lifting in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Payrates range from $17.00 - $18.00/hr, based on shift. We're hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Essential Job DutiesUnload incoming trucks and containers safely and efficiently.Sort, organize, and palletize products according to warehouse procedures.Reload trucks with outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and product integrity.Perform repetitive lifting, moving, and handling of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Stack, wrap, and secure pallets for storage or shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, or loading/unloading experience preferred but not required.Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical RequirementsRepetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and carrying materials.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and noise levels.Assignment DetailsTemporary assignment expected to last approximately3 months .Opportunity for assignment extension based on performance and business needs.Immediate openings available.Pay Details:$17.00 to $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
