Technology Support Specialist (AV/IT)

DPP is seeking an Audio/Visual Technology Support Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC. Work location: Fully onsite Duration: 12 months Term: W2 position Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance (Public Trust). Position summary:This position will work with the primary A/V Analyst doing installations, operational support, and maintenance for all equipment in the environment.Provide audio and visual support for Creston and Extron devices. Required technologies:Video chatCrestonExtronMicrosoft Teams Rooms experienceAudio and video installation experience Minimum required work experience: 2 years of specific knowledge of the technologies or products to be supported, including 1 year of experience directly supporting the technologies or products. Required education/equivalencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 6 years without a degree) About the team:A close knit sub-team of 20 within a larger workstation support organization of 70.Made up of highly tenured technicians, including several with more than 20 years of experience.Collaborative, customer focused, and committed to delivering reliable support.
