The role involves advising clients on probate matters, managing a variety of probate cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing guidance on estate planning. The Associate Attorney will also engage in client consultations, represent clients in court proceedings, and collaborate with team members to achieve optimal outcomes.QualificationsProficiency in Probate Law and general Legal PracticeExperience with Labor and Employment Law, including providing sound legal adviceStrong Research and Legal Writing skillsEffective Negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputesProbate or Civil trial experienceSolid organizational, time management, and analytical abilitiesActive license to practice law in the state of GeorgiaStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and colleaguesPrevious experience in probate, estate planning, or real estate law (preferred but not required)
