Senior Product Manager - Seed Stage AI Healthcare Co
We are working with a startup building a first-of-its-kind operational system of record for frontline hospital leaders to help them appoint their first product management hire!This company is tackling the challenge of a fragmented hospital workflow that exists across the USA (spreadsheets, EHR screens, paging systems, etc.) by digitising how care teams run hospitals day-to-day and layering AI on top of real operational data to help leaders act in real time.Their platform is already live across major U.S. health systems and they are scaling fast!This Product Lead role is a high-intensity, hands-on role for someone who can take messy, real-world input from hospital leaders (CNOs, frontline managers, CIOs) and turn it into shipped product, quickly. It would suit someone who is operating at a Senior Product Manager or high-level IC role.Day to day, you’ll work directly with the founders and sit closely with engineering, translating hospital operations into usable, high-impact software. This is not a roadmap-heavy, spec-writing PM role. They are looking for rapid iteration, strong product judgment, and the ability to prototype and validate ideas in hours rather than weeks.You'll:Own the end-to-end flow from customer insight → product definition → shipped functionalityWork directly with hospital operators to understand real workflow constraintsRapidly prototype and test ideas using modern tooling (LLMs, Figma, no-code/low-code tools, etc.)Partner closely with engineering to ship fast, iterate fasterIdentify patterns across customers and turn them into scalable product decisionsHelp define what the product becomes as we scale across enterprise health systemsWe are looking for someone:Who is a Senior or Founding PM from a Series A–C stage SaaS business (vertical SaaS, workflow products are strongly preferred).Has experience in ambiguous, pre/early-post PMF environments with a real hunger for helping a seed-stage company scale aggressively.Who is a hands-on builder and has personally prototyped and tested ideas (not just written specs). as part of their daily workflow, using the likes of Cursor, Claude Code, etc.Has credibility with senior enterprise stakeholders and translates conversations into product insight.Has worked with complex enterprise systems (EHRs, integrations, staffing, etc.).Compensation - $180k -$210k base salary + equityAbility to work in-person in NYC (Tue–Thu in their office).If you match the requirements for this role, please apply, and we'll be in touch if we think you'd be suitable for this opportunity!
