Headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with multiple locations across the region, we supply building material dealers with the products, support, and reliability they need to serve their customers. Our business is built on leadership, integrity, accountability, and teamwork.What You'll Do As a Territory Manager, you'll be the face of BPI in your region, responsible for driving growth and delivering value to our customers:Manage sales of BPI's full product portfolio within your territoryMaintain and grow relationships with existing customers (lumber dealers, co-ops, distributors)Prospect and develop new business opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor and industry expert to your customer baseRespond promptly to calls, inquiries, and customer concernsCollaborate with inside sales and management on pricing, programs, and strategyEducate customers on new product launches and enhancementsTrack competitor activity including pricing, products, and promotionsTravel throughout the region approximately 50–70% of the timeWhat We're Looking For Proven success in sales, preferably in building materials or distributionStrong interpersonal skills — outgoing, approachable, and confidentAbility to work independently while collaborating with a supportive inside sales teamStrong negotiation and closing skillsExceptional customer service and a positive attitudeSolid multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in basic computer tools, CRM systems, and comfort with numbers3–5 years of relevant sales experience preferredWhat We Offer Base salary with uncapped commission structureCompany-paid vehicle and cell phone reimbursementMonthly expense allowanceComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) Profit SharingFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee discount on building materialsCompany paid time off (PTO) and holidaysA positive, team-first work culture focused on your successApply Today!
