Multiple OpeningsThe Stucco Finish Laborer supports the installation, repair, and finishing of stucco systems on commercial and residential restoration projects. This role involves hands-on exterior work including surface preparation, mixing materials, applying base and finish coats, patching, sanding, and assisting with related scopes such as waterproofing, painting, and concrete repair. The ideal candidate brings skilled labor experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the installation and repair of stucco systems including scratch, brown, and finish coats.Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, masking, applying bonding agents, and patching existing stucco.Mix stucco, plaster, and texture materials to the proper consistency.Apply texture and finish coats by hand trowel or spray textures (as required).Perform stucco patching, crack repair, and blending to match existing surfaces.Support related work scopes including paint/primer, waterproofing, concrete patching, and general exterior restoration tasksSafely operate hand tools and power tools including trowels, hawks, mixers, grinders, and sprayers.Work from scaffolding, swing stages, ladders, or lifts as needed.Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and jobsite areas.Follow all company safety policies and maintain safe work practices at all times.Benefits$0-cost basic health plan (other plan upgrades available) – eligibility begins on the 1st of the month after 60 daysDental and vision insurance optionsAnnual reviews and growth opportunitiesClear advancement path based on skill, performance, quality, and reliability
