Through a variety of programs and services, we strive to empower individuals and families in our community.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Racine, Wisconsin for an Operations & Program Specialist. The role involves overseeing daily operations and program initiatives for a local, non-profit to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Working closely with the Executive Director this role bridges internal operations with direct program support to ensure the organization functions smoothly and delivers meaningful services to individuals and families affected by mental illness.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for supporting mental health education, advocacy and community engagement.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in nonprofit management, business administration, social services, public health, or related field2-4 years of experience in nonprofit operations, program coordination, or administrative supportStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend hours as needed for programs and eventsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and social mediaAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismCommitment to the mission and values of NAMI Racine CountyPreferred QualificationsCRM and accounting experience (Bloomerang and Quickbooks)Volunteer coordination experienceKnowledge of grant reporting processes and data trackingExperience supporting mental health or community- based programsCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $43,000-$46,000Benefits: -Health reimbursement-Paid time off and holidays-Retirement plan-Professional development opportunitiesEqual Opportunity StatementNAMI Racine County is an equal opportunity employer.
