Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design and development of modern full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot), ReactDefine and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.Make key decisions on technology stack, microservices architecture, and integration strategy. Project Modernization ResponsibilitiesAnalyze legacy systems (e.g., monoliths) to identify modernization opportunities.Drive the re-architecture of legacy components into scalable, cloud-native microservices. Team Collaboration & MentoringGuide and mentor junior and mid-level developersCoordinate with cross-functional teamsConduct code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and pair programming sessions.
