Job DetailsDescriptionWe are looking for a Leasing Consultant for our South Tulsa location. This community has 285 units and is located in Tulsa, OK. Working together is what drives us forward!Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, Saturday 10AM - 4PM, one day off during the weekResponsibilities(include, but are not limited to)Greet prospects and assists them with their questions and paperworkTour the property and target apartments/modelUpdate apartment availability reports as neededProcess paperwork including: leases, renewals and other related documentsListen to all resident requests, complaints, and commentsCollaborate in planning and hosting resident functionsParticipate in obtaining and/or distributing marketing informationMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred1+ years in a sales oriented role. 6+ months of on-site leasing experience or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education preferredPossesses superior sales abilityComputer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and OutlookYARDI experience preferredKnowledge of Fair Housing regulationsPhysical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tourand inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolongedperiods of time and stooping for brief periods of time.
